Jameson’s roles include Commercial & Residential Mortgage, Valuations Advisory, and Accounting & Financial Analysis. Jameson has a focus on the three pillars of finance: Capital Structuring, Capital Budgeting and Capital Management. Jameson has underwritten over $2 billion in CRE & Business Acquisition deals and brokered under ConnectCRE’s 2023 top brokerage team before going independent. Jameson graduated with his Masters in Finance at Southern Methodist University in 2025 and holds a Bachelors in Finance & Economics from Utah Tech University where he served as the Business Senator for 2 years. He has been a successful entrepreneur completing multiple businesses from startup to exit. Jameson has hands-on experience in a breadth of industries: Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Recreation, and Logistics. His passions outside of work consist of beach, board, and extreme sports.
